Punjabi vegetable samosa served on a bed of spiced chickpeas, yoghurt, coriander crowned with pomegranates and crunchy bombay mix

Chicken Tikka Skewers

24hour marinated chicken breast served on a bed of seasonal salad drizzled with yoghurt raita

Lamb Sheekh Kebab

 Lamb marinated overnight with Indian spices served with fresh mint chutney and pomegranate

Paneer Tikka (v)

Lightly marinated chunks of Indian cheese flame grilled 

Pav Bhaji (v or ve)

Spicy puréed vegetables cooked in a thick gravy. Served with a brioche roll

Cholé Salad (v or ve)

 Spicy chickpeas tossed in chaat masala, tamarind & yoghurt. Topped with pomegranate jewels

Spiced potato & pea filling wrapped in crispy pastry

Filo parcel filled with lightly seasoned lamb mince
